there was a time in New Orleans where the police were as bad as the criminals. some people even still think the LAPD is corrupt. with the soon to be release of the movie changeling, which discusses corruption, i was wondering what would a neighborhood or city do if they found that their police force were corrupt? would u just take it, and hope for the best, or would you do something about it? if so, what?
