My local police department pays really well, but the city is very dangerous. you get around 5 grand a month just for going through the academy. would it be possible to just go through the academy and than quit? do police departments usually put safegaurds to keep this from happening? I know it would be immoral but what if i go through the academy and decide that i dont want to do it anymore? Please just answer my question, no condescending comments. Thanks.
