This question is military and police related please help me?
would becoming am military intelligtence officer count as military experience when applying for a job on a police force. Also should i join a sheriffs department before joining a state department?

Yes it would. Any and all military experience should be included. If your ultimate goal is to work for a state agency, I recommend applying with that agency. Working for a different agency before being accepted by the state agency may look good on a resume regarding experience, but the sooner you get accepted by the state agency, the sooner you can begin building your experience there. My opinion of course. You will have to ultimately choose your own law enforcement destiny. Good luck.
