My friend is wanting to join the air force with me and they already did his backround check. He had to go to the police stations where his two minor arrests happened to have them give a brief description of the arrests (petty theft). He was baker acted as a juvenille and the police did not put that on his paper. Is there any chance they can find out about it? and if they did would it be grounds for disqualification? it happened when he was 15 and he is 23 now. THANKS.

It may be a tad difficult if he needs a top secret security clearance, but they don’t generally examine juvenile medical records. At the physical, they only take a verbal history.
